Hilal Al Jadidi is an accomplished executive human capital leader, organisational strategist, and corporate governance professional with over two decades of transformative leadership across tourism, hospitality, energy, telecommunications, and management consulting. He currently serves as the Chief People & Change Officer at OMRAN Group, the Sultanate of Oman's executive arm for tourism development.

Hilal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Sultan Qaboos University, alongside a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Research from Edinburgh Business School. Backed by world-class professional credentials, he is globally certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) and recently certified BOD director from BDI.

In addition to his executive remit, Hilal serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Oman Tourism College and has contributed to governance and human capital steering committees across several companies in Oman and outside Oman.

A recognised champion for the fusion of emerging technology and human-centric leadership, Hilal actively advises and pioneers AI-enabled recruitment and talent intelligence systems.
