Hisham helps organisations build the people capability they need to perform today and stay ready for the future of work. He leads the CIPD's capability-building partnerships across the UAE, Oman and Kuwait, and brings more than 20 years of HR and leadership development experience with Fortune 500 organisations like Alstom, Bombardier and Daikin across the GCC, Europe and North America.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Hisham is also a Hogan Certified Assessor, a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) trainer and an MBTI Certified Practitioner. He writes on AI in HR for Harvard Business Review Arabia and the Economic Times, has been recognised among the Top 200 HR Leaders globally, and serves as an awards judge for the CIPD and EHA.
