Ildi Haraszi is a Director of Change Management and Behavioural Transformation with over 20 years of international consulting experience across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East. She has delivered large-scale adoption and transformation programmes for global enterprises and leading regional organisations, including TAQA Water Solutions and Al Tayer Group in the UAE.

Her expertise spans energy, utilities, retail, aviation, pharmaceuticals, and financial services, with a proven record of leading change across ERP, HR and finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Infor, and IFS. She has worked with Fortune 500 firms, FTSE-listed companies, and fast-growing enterprises, directing international teams of up to 80 people and transformation communities exceeding 250 change champions.

Now based in Abu Dhabi, she focuses on enabling HR and business leaders in the GCC to move beyond digital tool implementation and into measurable impact by aligning cultural readiness, leadership engagement, and user adoption. Together with her colleague Ben, a digital transformation leader, they represent tawazun — the balance between technology excellence and human adoption — the critical mix for successful HR transformation.
