Imane is a global HR executive with 22 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. She works at the intersection of M&A integration, organisational design and compensation strategy, having led workforce planning, culture and leadership integration, and total rewards frameworks across energy, oil and gas, tech, automotive and water industries.

She has worked both sides of M&A. At SLB, she was part of the MEA integration team for compensation and benefits after the acquisition of Smith and M-I SWACO. At Veolia, she sat on the acquired side, coming from Suez Water, and worked on due diligence, day one readiness, benefits integration, leadership development and culture integration.

Her wider career includes Nissan and e&, where she has led organisational redesign, leadership development and talent strategies tied to business growth and changing operating models.
