Kawthar Aboushaar is Director of Human Capital at AS Health Group, where she leads workforce strategies across a healthcare network of over 1,100 employees spanning Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain. A member of the Executive Committee, she advises the CEO and board on organisational growth, workforce planning, talent strategy, and compensation.

She holds an MBA and is a SHRM Certified Professional, with additional certifications in leadership and wellbeing coaching. She is currently working toward her ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, specialising in career and leadership transitions, and brings that coaching lens to how she approaches workforce strategy, culture, and organisational change.
