Khaled Fathi is a talent and workforce transformation expert with over 15 years of experience helping GCC organisations move from gut-feel to evidence in their highest-stakes people decisions. His background spans senior roles at global assessment and talent consulting firms including Korn Ferry Hay Group, SHL, and Cubiks, where he specialised in psychometric assessment, succession planning, leadership capability, and organisational design. He holds an MA in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University Dubai and is Level A & B qualified in occupational testing through the British Psychological Society. A bilingual (Arabic/English) speaker and recognised facilitator across the region, Khaled works with government entities and leading enterprises across the GCC on diagnosing what actually drives culture, performance, and retention — and designing interventions that address root causes rather than symptoms.
