Speaker

Lynne is a Scottish HR leader with 20+ years’ experience across the UK and UAE, currently heading up HR at The Warehouse Gym. A Hotel & Hospitality Management graduate from Strathclyde University with a CIPD Diploma in HR, her career has spanned hospitality and fitness — from restaurant management roles across the UK and Dubai, to senior HR positions at Media One Hotel, The Arts Club Dubai, and now The Warehouse Gym.

Lynne's connection to Warehouse Gym predates her career move — she trained there as a member for six years before joining to lead the HR function, giving her a rare perspective as both employee and brand loyalist. A genuine fitness and food enthusiast, she brings the same energy to building people strategy as she does to her own training.
