Mahmoud Tayser El Dalaw is a VP Human Resources and Learning executive with more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services across the region. He currently serves as Head of Learning at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), where he leads the bank's learning, leadership development, talent development, and capability building initiatives.

Throughout his career, he has specialised in learning and development, talent management, recruitment, HR business partnering, and organisational transformation. He has played a key role in designing and implementing large scale leadership development programmes, succession planning initiatives, Emiratisation focused talent strategies, and future skills programmes such as AI skills adoption and banking competency frameworks.
