As the Head of People & Culture at Eurogulf Mobility Group (Europcar), she leads the organisation's people agenda across talent, leadership, culture, governance, employee experience, compensation, workforce planning, and digital HR transformation.

With a career spanning the FMCG, automotive, oil & gas and mobility sectors, Mari has built a reputation for transforming HR from a traditional support function into a strategic business partner that delivers measurable commercial impact. Her work focuses on aligning people strategy with business growth, leveraging workforce analytics, strengthening governance frameworks and creating high-performance cultures that enable organisations to scale sustainably.

A passionate advocate for transforming People & Culture into a strategic business enabler, Mari has led complex initiatives across organisational redesign, HR technology, workforce planning, employee experience, governance, and reward strategy. She is recognised for building scalable, high-performing people functions that balance compliance, operational excellence, and employee-centric practices while delivering measurable business value across diverse and rapidly evolving organisations.

Mari is currently pursuing the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management and is a Six Sigma Black Belt and certified ISO Lead Auditor, reflecting her passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Through her work, she continues to champion the evolution of People & Culture as a critical driver of innovation, organisational resilience, and long-term business success.
