Mariia Lytvyn, FCIPD, is a global HR leader specialising in people architecture, performance, reward, organisation design, talent and workforce analytics. She currently leads Talent and Reward within a portfolio company of L’IMAD, a sovereign investment platform of the Government of Abu Dhabi, supporting the development of a new financial services business in digital assets space.

Previously, Mariia was Global Head of Talent & Reward at GFG Alliance, with responsibilities spanning across a complex international organisation operating in more than 30 countries. Earlier in her career, she spent almost a decade in reward consulting with Aon and Mercer in London, advising organisations on reward strategy, benchmarking, organisation and job architecture, workforce transformation and governance.

She is a Fellow of the CIPD and holds a BSc (Hons) in Investment & Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School, London. Her broader work includes research, thought leadership, conference chairing and advisory work around the future of HR, AI, culture, workforce transformation and, of course, reward.
