Melitsa Mizrahi is an accomplished HR leader with more than two decades of experience helping organizations grow and people thrive in their careers. Throughout her career, Melitsa has been instrumental in driving organizational success through strategic business partnerships, leadership development, change management, and culture transformation.In March 2025, she joined Papa Johns Pizza (PJP Investments Group LLC) as the company’s Chief People Officer, bringing with her a proven track record of driving business transformation through people.Prior to joining Papa Johns, Melitsa held key leadership roles in The Coca-Cola Company and played a pivotal role in shaping the HR agenda across diverse geographies, including Europe, Turkey, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Pakistan, Israel, the Middle East, and North Africa. Under her leadership, the region reached a 90% employee engagement rate and made significant strides in diversity and inclusion, achieving a 50:50 gender ratio and became one of the first signatories of the UAE Gender Pledge.She holds her Bachelor's & Master's from Bogazici University, Turkey, and has completed executive Strategic HR Management & HR Transformation programs at Cornell University. She is also the HR Committee Leader for the Turkish Business Council, the largest Turkish NGO in the UAE.Based in Dubai, Melitsa continues to shape the future of work by integrating design thinking, coaching, and consulting expertise to unlock people’s potential and elevate organizational performance.
