Mohammed Alahmed is a senior HR leader with more than 20 years of global experience driving organisational transformation across workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, leadership development, performance management, and culture. He has built and led people strategies across both the public and private sectors, helping organisations strengthen capability, accelerate growth, and achieve sustainable business outcomes.

Most recently, Mohammed served as Head of People & Culture at OPEC Fund for International Development, where he led initiatives spanning talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, and organisational effectiveness.

Prior to this role, Mohammed held leadership and advisory positions with Saudi Aramco and Saudi Aramco Overseas, where he contributed to strategic human capital initiatives, organisational development programs, and leadership pipeline development across international operations.
