Namrata Prasad is a seasoned Organisational Development Manager with over two decades of experience, passion for driving positive change and fostering growth within companies. With a solid background in Organisational development, Leadership, Coaching, Customer Service, Training, Human Resources and a keen understanding of organisational dynamics, Namrata has successfully led numerous transformational initiatives across diverse industries.

Based in Dubai, Namrata is currently the Manager – Organisational Development supporting Middle East, North Africa, Asia Pacific, and China regions for NOV since the past 12 years, driving Organisational Development initiatives and change. NOV is a global multinational organisation at the cutting edge of technological innovation in the oil and gas/energy industry for more than 150 years and it has pioneered meaningful breakthroughs that have empowered the global energy business.

Namrata has worked with prestigious companies such as Petrofac, Dubai Petroleum, and Vodafone in the UAE and India over the years and throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Equipped with multiple Leadership and Coaching certifications from Harvard Business Publishing, Marshall Goldsmith stakeholder centred coaching (Executive/teams) and Korn & Ferry, Namrata possesses a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Drawing on a comprehensive skill set that includes strategic planning, talent management, leadership development, and change management, Namrata has consistently delivered exceptional results in optimising organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Passionate about staying at the forefront of industry trends, Namrata actively participates in professional development activities, continuously enhancing her knowledge and skills. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King's College London, which is fuelling her interest in human behaviour and the science underpinning emotional and mental health.
