Natalie completed an MSc in Psychology of Work. Her passion is neuroscience and through sharing her experience she has supported the development of many up coming HR professionals. She has worked in senior HR roles for 20 years across different types of organisations within the UAE and has invested many hours giving and receiving knowledge which she believes is fundamental for continued improvement.

Natalie joined LIWA Trading as Head of HR in 2016 to support the restructure and growth of the business. She has contributed to the success of LIWA through development of a first-class people strategy that has improved culture, elevated performance and set LIWA as an employer of choice. Natalie was invited to join the Forbes Human Resources Council in 2022.
