Natalie is an experienced HR leader with over 20 years of senior-level experience across diverse organisations in the UAE. She holds an MSc in Psychology of Work and is deeply passionate about neuroscience, which she integrates into her approach to leadership, culture, and capability building. Throughout her career, Natalie has played a key role in mentoring and shaping the next generation of HR professionals, believing strongly in the power of shared knowledge as a driver of continuous improvement.

In January 2024, she joined Pure Harvest as Vice President of Human Capital to support the company’s ambitious growth and transformation agenda. Since then, she has spearheaded a people strategy that has strengthened organisational culture, elevated performance, and positioned Pure Harvest as an employer of choice.
