Oliver BardoeEnterprise Talent Senior Manager MENAT at HSBC Bank Middle East LimitedSpeaker
Profile
Oliver Bardoe is a senior HR and talent leader with 20 years' experience in financial services, spanning Latin America and the Middle East with HSBC. Brazilian by background, he has worked in continental-scale markets and complex global matrix environments, building broad experience across HR roles in business partnering, M&A, organisational change, and leadership development. These experiences shaped his approach to talent management today: talent is not an HR programme sitting alongside the business. It is part of the system through which leaders translate strategy into culture, capability, and performance.
Oliver works with senior leaders to make that system work—connecting succession, critical talent, leadership development, and career decisions to the direction of the organisation and industry. His focus is on Talent to Value: connecting the fundamentals of talent management to the capabilities the organisation will need next, while deliberately investing in people and roles that create the highest value.
With an academic background in law and business finance, and qualifications in executive coaching, emotional intelligence, and leading psychometric tools, Oliver brings a pragmatic, human perspective to the talent agenda.
