Speaker

Profile

Rahul Vikram Singh is a senior HR leader with 18 years of experience across the Middle East and India, partnering with businesses through growth, transformation, and organisational change. His work has consistently focused on aligning people strategy with commercial priorities, helping organisations build capability, improve efficiency, and navigate periods of transition with clarity and balance.

Currently based in Dubai, Rahul serves as Vice President and Head of HR for Zee Entertainment’s International Business across television, films & distribution, OTT, and live events, supporting a diverse regional footprint across the Middle East, India, Africa, the Americas, APAC, and Europe. His career spans multiple sectors including media, professional services, consulting, real estate, events, fitness, and BPO, giving him broad cross-industry perspective and a practical understanding of how people challenges differ across markets and business models. Prior to Zee, he has worked with DAMAC Properties, KPMG Lower Gulf, Dubai World Trade Centre, Fitness First Middle East, KPMG India, and HCL BPO.

Rahul brings strong expertise across workforce planning, organisation design, talent acquisition, compensation, succession planning, employee relations, and culture change, and brings additional expertise in leadership assessment as a Certified Hogan Assessor.

Over the course of his career, he has led region-wide hiring strategies, supported multi-country workforces, strengthened cost discipline in people planning, driven culture and capability-building initiatives, and worked closely with leadership teams on senior talent hiring, integration, succession, and transition agendas during periods of growth, restructuring, and transformation.

He is particularly interested in how HR can evolve into a more data-led, commercially credible, and future-focused function — one that creates value not only for employees, but for the business as a whole.
