Reena Mathew leads digital learning at Crowe UAE, helping organisations across the UAE and GCC build skills that drive business results. With over 20 years in Learning & Development, she has worked across banking, financial services, consulting, and higher education.

She spent 16 years at the Emirates Institute for Banking & Financial Studies, where she led more than 300 programs for the UAE banking sector. She has also headed capability development at United Arab Bank, with a focus on leadership, compliance, and Emiratization.
Today, she helps organisations move to modern, technology enabled learning, from e-learning and learning platforms to AI-powered solutions.

An MBA in HR Management, a certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), and a PRINCE2® Practitioner, she brings a practical, results focused approach to designing learning that works for both people and the business.
