Renu Dalani is a Talent Acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience shaping Talent Acquisition strategy, business transformation, and digitalisation across APAC and MENA regions. As Head of Talent Acquisition for Nestlé MENA, she leads regional TA strategy, employer branding, and the youth employability agenda across the Middle East and North Africa.

Originally from Hong Kong, Renu's career has spanned both in-house and executive search leadership before joining Nestlé in 2024. She is known for pioneering technology-led recruitment, from piloting AI-driven assessment tools and personalising ATS platforms from scratch, to building automated solutions that drive real-time, data-led decisions and building world class candidate experience journeys.

A passionate advocate for AI, automation, and human-centred hiring, Renu champions the belief that the future of Talent Acquisition lies at the intersection of technology and authentic human experience. She currently leads flagship initiatives including Nestlé's NesTalent Graduate Development Programme and large-scale youth employability efforts that continue to impact the YOUTH of the region.
