Saliha’s career stared with local government in the UK and Capita Business Services to leading HR functions for the EMEA region for multi-nationals employing over 12,000 employes globally

Prior to joining Pure Harvest Saliha, was the Global HR Director for Pure Salmon, and Group People Director for BOUNCE, where she grew the business across the Middle East and Europe with the launch of 5 venues, in under 18 months and worked as a Consultant at the DIFC Courts UAE, setting up the first ever Wills and Probate for expats and a academy of law.

Saliha Co-founded ReformHR a pro-bono consultancy supporting those made redundant or unfairly dismissed and mentoring HR Professionals through Water Aid in Africa.

Saliha advises CEO’s and leadership teams on a wide range of people, legalities, and strategy executions.

A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, with a Masters in Human Resource Management and Strategic leadership studies at Oxford University, she is also a certified coach, mediator and mentor with a personal mission to ‘inspire others and make a difference. Saliha gives back by mentoring students and young professionals as well as by being an advocate for women in entrepreneurial roles.
