Saliha Latif is an energetic and progressive Leader who has held consulting and executive roles for fortune 100 companies both in the UK and Middle East.

A Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development, with an education in HR, Business, Finance and Employment Law and further studies at Oxford Said University.

Saliha has led HR functions for the EMEA region for multi-nationals as well as working with global companies, setting up, establishing offices across the region, offering strategic consultancy advice alongside, developing and executing strategy, management development, performance management, HR transformation, integration, employment Law and talent management. She has vast experience in start-up’s, mergers, acquisitions, and a de-merge she was fully responsible for in the Middle East.

Saliha shares a passion for the legal aspect of HR as much as for organizational optimization, talent management and employee engagement. She has turned around loss-making companies into profit centre’s through her grasp and understanding of the business requirements and works closely with CEO’s and MD’s to add value.

Saliha has carried out many successful workplace mediations in the Middle East resolving conflict and saving the organisation’s reputation and costs and create successful collaborations with people with an aim to ‘make a difference’.
