Saliha Latif is a People and Employment Law leader with over 20 years' experience across the UK and Middle East, holding executive and consulting roles with multinational and investor backed businesses in financial services, agritech, consumer, engineering, and professional services.

She has built HR functions from the ground up in startups and scale ups, led HR across the EMEA region for multinationals, and established offices across the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon and Europe. Her experience spans mergers, acquisitions and a full de merger she was solely responsible for in the Middle East, alongside organisational design, workforce planning, performance and reward, HR transformation and talent management.

Saliha has led organisations through the moments that break most workforce plans: the overnight closure of every venue across six countries when COVID hit, a global press incident affecting every site, and funding cycles that reshaped entire leadership teams. She leads personally on employment law and litigation across UAE, ADGM, DIFC and UK jurisdictions and has carried out numerous workplace mediations in the Middle East, resolving conflict and protecting both reputation and cost.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and the Chartered Management Institute, with a master’s in human resource management, a degree in Business, Finance and Employment Law and strategic leadership studies at Oxford Saïd, she is a qualified mediator, arbitrator, and coach. She was named UAE HR Leader 2025 and founded ReformHR, through which she advises businesses on HR transformation and governance and offers pro bono support to individuals in dispute with their employer in the UAE and UK.

Her personal mission remains the same as it was when she left the UK to work internationally: to inspire others and make a difference.
