Throughout her career, Samar has led large-scale HR transformations, workforce planning initiatives, leadership development programmes, and organisational redesign projects across diverse industries including industrial gases, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, and consumer goods. She has held senior HR leadership positions with globally recognised organisations such as Gulf Cryo, CMA CGM, TK Elevator, Air Liquide, Electrolux, and Procter & Gamble distributor operations.
