Samuel Garcia-Cebadera is a senior international HR executive with more than 20 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Eurasia. He is currently Senior Director, Human Resources – Middle East, Turkey & Central Asia at Colgate-Palmolive, based in Dubai, leading the People agenda across more than 20 countries.

His career has been strongly focused on business and organisational transformation, alongside talent, leadership, organisational effectiveness and Total Rewards. He has held senior regional and divisional HR roles across Dubai, Basel, Madrid and Johannesburg, supporting complex, multicultural businesses through periods of growth, integration and change.

In parallel, Samuel serves as EMEA People AI Lead and is a member of Colgate-Palmolive's Global AI Committee, contributing to the transformation of ways of working and people practices through AI.

Earlier in his career, he spent eight years with Hay Group (Korn Ferry) advising clients across Europe and the Gulf, after beginning his HR career with Kellogg's Spain. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
