Seema Hallon is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Deriv. In her role, she leads the Global HR functions at Deriv, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning and Development. With over three decades of experience in human resources management, Seema has been instrumental in nurturing Deriv’s high-performance culture. Before joining Deriv, Seema served as Vice President of Human Resources & Business Services at the Eros Group for eight years. In her 24+ years in the UAE, she has held senior roles in HR for leading companies in Dubai including the Eros Group, Dun & Bradstreet South Asia Middle East Ltd., and Tejari. Seema holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Rajasthan, India.
