Selvi is the Talent Lead in the Global Emerging Markets with General Mills. In the previous roles, she has been supporting businesses in Regional HRBP roles across Southeast Asia and Middle East. She is highly passionate in the areas of Talent Management and Organizational Culture. She also previously led the Asia Women Leaders Network in General Mills.

Before joining General Mills, Selvi worked with Coca-Cola Bottlers in Malaysia and Singapore markets. If she is not working, she loves cooking and baking. Selvi is married and a mom to two beautiful children.

Selvi holds an MBA from University of Science from Malaysia.
