Sophie Massant joined SSH in 2025 as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the firm’s people strategy across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. She works with the leadership team to foster a culture where talent and performance thrive, supporting SSH’s ambition to deliver design excellence through its people.

Holding a Master of Laws degree from the University of Antwerp and a Diploma in Positive Psychology from Stanford University, Sophie has experience across the maritime, logistics, architecture, engineering and FinTech sectors. She has driven many HR transformations, organisational design, and leadership development initiatives across GCC, particularly in the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman and Egypt.

She combines analytical rigour with empathy, balancing governance and performance with an engaging integrated people experience. A passionate advocate for psychological safety, inner development, and purpose-driven leadership, Sophie frequently speaks on building inclusive, congruent, and high-performing organisations.
