Suhrid Chaudhuri is Co-Chief People & Culture Officer at Al Ghurair, a UAE-based multi-sector conglomerate employing more than 29,000 people across several countries. As a member of the Group's Executive Leadership Team, he leads the People & Culture agenda across total rewards, talent management, organisation development, culture, performance, Emiratisation, engagement and HR digital transformation.

He brings over 20 years of experience across HR leadership and strategic advisory. Before Al Ghurair, he was Head of Rewards and Performance at Noor Bank, and held leadership roles at Tata Strategic Management Group, PwC's People & Change practice, Indus Towers and ICICI Bank. His work spans financial services, infrastructure, industrials and consulting, with a consistent focus on building performance-driven organisations, leading culture transformation, and delivering organisation design and workforce change at scale.

Suhrid holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organisation Development from the Delhi School of Economics. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SPHRi-certified by HRCI.

A regular speaker at leadership summits and HR forums across the region, he is known for combining strategic insight with a strong execution mindset and contributes actively to debate on the future of work, agile workforce planning, digital HR and talent transformation.
