Sultan Al Dhaheri is an accomplished Human Resources leader with nearly twenty years of experience directing human capital strategies, policy development, and organisational growth across both government and private sectors in the UAE. He currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Abu Dhabi Media Company.

Throughout his career, Sultan has specialised in aligning HR functions with core business objectives. His experience includes managing comprehensive workforce planning, designing succession frameworks, and leading large-scale corporate transformation. Notably, his background bridges both human resources and technology; he holds a Bachelor's degree in E-Business Management and a Master's degree in Quality Management (with Honours), allowing him to successfully lead complex HRMS implementations and automate core workflows to improve operational efficiency. Prior to his current role, he held key human resources leadership positions at Agthia Group (ADQ) and the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR).
