As Vice President - Talent & Performance Management at AD Ports Group, he connects people strategy with business performance through integrated approaches to talent, succession, performance, leadership, culture and skills development.

A central focus of his agenda is positioning artificial intelligence as a workforce and business transformation lever, not simply a technology deployment. His background spans corporate, energy, infrastructure, engineering and technology-enabled services, bringing a practical understanding of both operational realities and enterprise change.
