Suzanne Gandy is the inspiring HR Director of Bayut and dubizzle, who has played a key role in seamlessly transitioning employees during the merger between Bayut, dubizzle, olx Lebanon and olx Egypt and creating a positive work culture driven by the organisation’s shared values of Honesty, Innovation and Ownership.

Along with being Fellow CIPD certified, she holds an MA in Strategic Human Resource, a BSc in Psychology and has graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. She is extremely passionate about harnessing the power of high-performing teams and a firm believer in building strong, people focused organisations which achieve ground-breaking results. She aims to digitise and streamline HR operations, so that HR practitioners can focus on the human element while balancing corporate accountability and creating an enriching employee experience.

Along with being an ex British Army officer, Gandy has two decades of leadership experience, working with various multinational corporations. Today, working with Bayut and dubizzle, she aims to make the organisation a great place to work with her team by bringing together diversity, innovation and a culture of adopting progressive people standards. Along with her team, she is deeply committed to making sure that all the employees at Bayut and dubizzle have meaningful and fulfilling careers.
