Suzanne Gandy is the HR Director of Bayut and dubizzle, who has played a key role in seamlessly transitioning employees during the merger between Bayut, dubizzle, olx Lebanon and olx Egypt and creating a positive work culture driven by the organisation’s shared values of Honesty, Innovation and Ownership.

Along with being Fellow CIPD certified, she holds an MA in Strategic Human Resources, a BSc in Psychology and has graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. She is extremely passionate about harnessing the power of high-performing teams and a firm believer in building strong, people-focused organisations which achieve ground-breaking results. She has digitised and streamlined MENA HR operations so that HR practitioners can focus on the human element of maintaining Bayut|dubizzle as a Great Place to Work while balancing corporate accountability and creating an enriching employee experience.

As an ex-British Army officer who has led soldiers on Operational Tours, Suzanne has two decades of leadership experience working with various multinational corporations. Today, working with Bayut and dubizzle, she aims to increase the commitment to bringing together diversity, innovation and a culture of adopting progressive people standards. Along with her team, she is deeply committed to ensuring that all Bayut and dubizzle employees have meaningful and fulfilling careers.
