Vincent Bouw is a Senior Enterprise Talent & People Leader with decades of global experience shaping strategic workforce capability, enterprise talent and succession, leadership, performance and culture across multiple industries, primarily healthcare and FMCG, in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Most recently, he served as Director and Head of Talent, Performance & Learning at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where he built and led enterprise-wide strategies across talent, succession, leadership development, learning and performance. His career also includes leadership roles with Coca-Cola and IBM, complemented by executive education at INSEAD and MIT Sloan focused on organisational transformation, leadership and AI.
