Vineet Kumar is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 16 years of experience leading strategic HR and business transformation initiatives across India and United Arab Emirates. Currently serving as Regional Head – Human Resources (UAE), he has successfully built high-performing organisations through strategic workforce planning, organisational development, talent management, employee experience, culture transformation and digital HR initiatives.

His career spans across diverse sectors including manufacturing, retail, BPO and HR services, managing multicultural workforces across multiple countries.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Vineet is an active contributor to the HR profession and is widely recognised within the HR community in UAE. He is a frequent keynote speaker, podcaster, conference presenter, webinar host, panel moderator, roundtable facilitator, and guest lecturer at universities, where he shares practical insights on topics including organisational culture, leadership, employee experience, artificial intelligence in HR, the future of work, strategic workforce planning, and building people centric organisations.
