Zardasht Banay is a senior organisational development, human capital, and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience translating strategy into execution across the Middle East and global markets. He currently serves as Vice President of Organisational Development & Transformation at Galfar, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives across organisational effectiveness, talent and leadership development, culture, workforce capability, change, and business transformation.

Throughout his career, Zardasht has held senior executive leadership roles with GE, Weatherford, and Ooredoo, leading people, culture, and transformation agendas across complex, multi-country operations. His expertise spans organisational design, leadership development, culture change, nationalisation, governance, talent management, and large-scale transformation.

Zardasht is also a Board Member at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic and a strong advocate for strengthening HR’s influence in the boardroom through effective governance, leadership alignment, and data-driven people insights. His work is grounded in the belief that organisational development and human capital should be practical engines for turning strategic ambition into measurable business results.
