Zardasht Banay is a senior human capital and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience helping organisations translate strategy into execution across the Middle East and global markets. He currently serves as Chief Transformation Officer at IRTIQA Solutions and Fractional CHRO at TRITORC, partnering with business and government leaders to drive change adoption, strengthen organisational capability, and deliver effective performance outcomes.

Over the course of his career, he has held senior executive leadership roles with GE, Weatherford, and Ooredoo, leading people, culture, and transformation agendas across complex, multi-country operations. His experience spans leadership development, organisational effectiveness, culture change, nationalisation, governance, and large-scale business transformation. At the heart of his work is a practical belief that HR can and should serve as the engine that moves transformation from ambition to execution.

Zardasht is also a Board Member at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic and a strong advocate for elevating HR’s influence in the boardroom through clearer governance, stronger leadership alignment, and data-driven people insights.
