HR Director - MENA & KSA at Weatherford

Zardasht Banay is a senior HR Leader with diverse industry and geography coverage starting from United Nations agencies then Telecommunications then Energy sector, he currently the Geozone HR Director covering MENA & KSA Geozone’s, two key Geozone’s in the company, within his current role at Weatherford he used to lead the HR Transformation Program for the Eastern Hemisphere region, and different organizational restructuring.

Prior to that he worked in GE as Area HR Leader, where he led the growth of GE in Levant area and led key projects related to people development, employee value proposition and building global mindset,

Zardasht has also spend eight years in telecommunication sector and his last role was HR Director for a leading telecommunication company in Iraq and one of the projects he led was implementing the Oracle ERP system in the company, Zardasht holds Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and he had done his MBA in 2010 from AUIS and Furtwangen University in Germany jointly.
