The Parent-friendly Label (PFL) is a voluntary program recognizing organizations that support working parents and caregivers. Led by the Early Childhood Authority, which oversees child wellbeing and development from birth to age 8, the program is expanding to government entities in collaboration with the Ministry of Family, strengthening family-friendly workplaces nationwide.
