After registering as a visitor or a delegate, you should have received a few emails from hello@swapcard.com by now containing your unique magic link to access the virtual event platform. If you have not received this email, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.swapcard.com/ and in the right top corner click on the green tab ‘Participant’
2. On the window that opened, please enter your email address (that you used for the registration) and the platform will prompt you to reset your password
3. Once this step is completed, you will be redirected into the HRSE 2020 platform
