A selected group of company presentations will be nominated to present their innovations onsite in Leipzig, Germany on October 24–26, 2022

*companies that are nominated to present onsite will be notified via email. There will be no additional presentation charge but companies will need to register for the onsite registration ticket

Presentation Information

To help bring early stage projects and small entrepreneurial companies to the attention of pharma, biotech and investors, BIO-Europe will feature a limited number of 10-minute presentations, at a substantial discount off the regular presentation fees.

Dates and Details

August 19, 2022 – Deadline to apply
August 29, 2022 – You will hear from us about the status of your application
September 19, 2022 – Deadline to submit your pre-recorded pitch (PowerPoint file with video or audio)
September 19, 2022 – Company presentations available to be watched on partneringONE

Presentations are 10 minutes long and should focus on the following points:

Brief corporate background
Key products or technologies
Existing alliances
Type of alliances sought

Next Generation eligibility

Companies to be considered for Next Generation Presentation need to meet the following criteria:

Created in the past three years
Fewer than 25 employees
Developing new therapeutic products or offering an innovative service

Fee Structure

Next Generation presentation fee:

EUR 715

Registration fee (in addition to the presentation fee):

Onsite: EUR 2,495 Digital: EUR 1,995 (5 for 1 offer available)

Please note

VAT will be added to the presentation and registration fee as applicable
Pre-revenue BioPharma companies and Academics can attend as a team of five for the price of one ticket.
Early registration fee will be extended to all companies that apply to present by August 31
