Rate Guarantee

The rates are guaranteed for attendees of BUILDEX Alberta only. By making a reservation using these preferred rates, you are confirming that you are registered to attend BUILDEX Alberta. Informa Connect reserves the right to adjust any reservations to standard rack rate or remove the reservation from BUILDEX Alberta room block if, following audit, it is evident that the reservation is held on behalf of someone that is not planning to attend the event.

We are aware that unauthorized housing companies (called hotel “poachers”) offer cheaper rates at hotels usually quoted in US$. Often when the attendee arrives at the hotel, it's already sold out and there's no record of the reservation. This practice, also known as “room pirating” is a scam that all attendees and exhibitors should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information.
