Answers:

  1. I can no longer attend; can I get a refund or transfer my registration to someone else?
    • We offer refunds up to 30 days before the conference. After this time, we offer delegates the ability to either transfer their registration to another person or transfer to the next year. Please contact our Customer Service team if you need to make amendments to your registration: customerservice@knect365.com.
  2. Do you offer a discounted rate if I only want to attend one day?
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer day passes.
  3. Are there any hotel rooms still available at the Diplomat?
    • Our hotel room block at the Diplomat sold out in early October 2017, and our waitlist for rooms in now full. We have reserved hotel blocks at off-site hotels in the area. Check out the Plan Your Visit page for more information.
  4. Are CE credits available for this conference?
    • CE credits are offered by both the CFP Board and CIMA. All registered delegates will be sent an email in January with more information on how to preregister to receive CE credits. On-site, we will also be able to register your accreditation ID so that you can receive CE credits. Just stop by the Tech Help Desk for more information!
  5. Is there a mobile app?
    • Our mobile app for Inside ETFs 2018 will be available for download in January 2018. All registered delegates will receive an email alerting them once it is ready for download.
  6. Do you validate parking on-site at the Diplomat?
    • Yes! Please stop by the Help Desk to pick up a validation ticket.
  7. Do I need to preregister to attend the track sessions?
    • Our track sessions are open to all delegates! Stop by your favorite sessions at any time; no need to sign up for specific ones in advance.
  8. What does my registration fee include?
    • The registration fee covers admission to all conference sessions, the exhibit hall, networking receptions, and food and beverage during conference hours.
  9. Do you provide any meals during the conference?
    • We provide coffee/tea and snacks throughout the conference as well as the following meals: Monday/Tuesday – breakfast and lunch. Wednesday: breakfast
  10. I have special dietary restrictions; can I request a meal?
    • Please email ashallman@insidetfs.com with your dietary requests. We will do our best to provide meals that meet your needs.
  11. Is my spouse able to attend the evening receptions with me?
    • We are happy to have spouses attend the evening receptions.
  12. Where are the receptions?
    • All our receptions take place at the Diplomat.
  13. When will presentations be available?
    • Presentations will be available on the mobile app each evening and then posted on the conference website upon the conclusion of the conference.
  14. Where can I find the preliminary attendee list for the conference?
    • To protect the security of all our conference attendees, we do not provide a full attendee list prior to the start of the conference. Registered attendees will be able to view limited attendee details in the mobile app and schedule meetings through our networking tool Brella.
  15. What is the best way to network with other attendees at Inside ETFs?
    • Our networking tool Brella is the best way to book meetings on-site. Register at app.brella.io/insideetfs2018 or log in through our Mobile App!
  16. When and where are check-in and on-site registration?
    • Check-in and on-site registration are on the first floor of the conference center. The registration desk is open Sunday: Jan. 21: 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.; Monday/Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  17. What is the dress code?
    • Business casual
  18. Is there a bus from Doubletree to the Diplomat?
    • We do not have a bus from the DoubleTree, but it is just a 5-minute walk!
  19. Is there a bus or transportation to and from the airport?
    • We do not offer transportation to and from the airport. Uber and local taxi services run to and from the airport. Please contact the hotel concierge for more information about transportation in the area.
  20. Are you still a part of ETF.com?
    • While we continue to work in tight partnership, as of Jan. 1, 2016, ETF.com and Inside ETFs became two separate companies. Inside ETFs is a part of Knect365, a division of Informa.
