Attendee Event Guide
Please reference the attendee event guide for the most up-to-date agenda and general conference information. You will receive a printed copy of the event guide when you check in onsite.

Registration Check-in Hours
Once you arrive at the venue, please follow the signage towards the registration desk located to collect your badge. You may claim your badge with a business card, ID or passport. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

•Monday, November 11: 7:00 am – 5:45 pm
•Tuesday, November 12: 7:15 am – 5:00 pm
•Wednesday, November 13: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

If you have colleagues or customers that still need to register, they may purchase a pass onsite at the registration desk.

Exhibit & Poster Hall Hours
The exhibit and poster hall will be open to all attendees during the following hours:

•Monday, November 11: 9:40 am – 5:45 pm
•Tuesday, November 12: 9:45 am – 3:30 pm

Exhibitors – you can find all information for set up & tear down in the exhibitor kit.

Poster presenters – you can hang up your poster on Monday between 8:00am-9:30am. Just bring your printed poster and we will have an assigned poster space # and push pins for you.
