Gabriella holds the role of Group Head of Talent Management at Al-Futtaim, from where she passionately drives, the Learning, Leadership development and Talent agenda. Her strive to enable people be the best they can be in the workplace, comes from her strong belief that given the right opportunity, everyone wants to be the best version of themselves. With 20 years of experience enabling talent and leadership development within organisations as diverse as Pharma, Logistics and Conglomerates, she has led the function from the very heart of fostering the right culture for growth, matching skills with opportunities, and enabling leaders to learn, grow and lead. Gabriella is a regular facilitator, panelist and presenter in various regional conferences discussing, leadership, talent and DEI amongst other topics. She is a contributor as a guest lecturer with the American University of Dubai and she regularly mentors young female entrepreneurs in finding their voice and path to success.
