What to Know Before Attending Greenbuild 2025

Registration desk hours: located in the South Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center
- Monday, November 3: 7:30am – 2pm PT
- Tuesday, November 4: 7am – 5:30pm PT
- Wednesday, November 5: 7am – 5pm PT
- Thursday, November 6: 7:30am – 5pm PT
- Friday, November 7: 8am – 1pm PT
Important Reminders:
- Seating in General Sessions: seating is first-come first-serve. There is no session registration – arrive at the session early to ensure you get a seat. Sessions will also be recorded in case you miss one.
- Seating in Summits & Workshops: pre-registration is required for Summits and Workshops. You can make changes to your Summit and/or Workshop by adding it to “My Schedule” in the mobile app.
- Keep an eye out for emails with the domain noreply@swapcard.com to make sure you receive important show updates before you arrive in LA.
How to download the app
Download the mobile app by searching for "Greenbuild Conference and Expo" in the app store. After you download the app, log in with the email you used to register for the conference to create a password.
Prefer to plan your schedule on the desktop? Get started in the virtual platform below. Your profile info, agenda, and connections will automatically sync into the app when downloaded! Plus, you can use the platform to watch sessions on demand after you return home.

Schedule Meetings & Browse Exhibitors
How to Schedule a Meeting: When you log in to the app, on the Home Screen, tap “Networking.” From there, you will see all of the Greenbuild 2025 attendees who have opted in to the networking app, as well as some AI recommendations based on your job function. Tap “Connect” to contact an attendee.
Build Your Custom Exhibitor List: Choose which exhibitors you would like to visit. Under Sponsors & Exhibitors, tap the plus icon in the bottom left of each exhibitor; then it will be added to My Schedule under the Exhibitors icon.

Arriving at the Los Angeles Convention Center
When you arrive in Los Angeles (whether by plane or car), there are a few things to keep in mind:
Arriving at LAX: How to Call a Ride-Share / Taxi
When you land in Arrivals at LAX, you’ll need to take a free shuttle to a designated lot called “LAX-it” where you can call your driver. Only premium services like Uber Black can pick you up directly at the terminal curb.
- Step 1 Arrive at LAX: After you get your luggage from baggage claim, follow the green signs for "LAX-it" or "Rideshare".
- Step 2 Go to the Arrivals “lower” level: The shuttle stops are on the bottom floor, right outside the terminal exits. Look for green overhead signs and green bus pillars that mark the stop for the free "LAX-it" shuttle. The shuttles arrive about every 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Take the shuttle to the lot: It's a quick ride to the LAX-it lot, which is a dedicated area for rideshare pickups.
Driving to the Los Angeles Convention Center: if you’re driving to the convention center, the parking log is the South Building parking lot located at: 15th Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90015
