Continuing Education

The Greenbuild International Conference and Expo is CEU-rich, with approved GBCI and AIA credits.

This year, you can join in-person or virtually, while gaining the education and credits you need. Details below.

Greenbuild offers continuing education (CE) hours for education sessions.

  • Live Virtual Education Sessions – earn 1 GBCI and AIA hour per hour of education. Attendees must attend at least 80% of the session to receive credit. Credit will be reported on your behalf 2 weeks after the live event if you have supplied your GBCI or AIA number in your registration.
  • On-Demand Education Sessions – earn 1 GBCI and AIA hour per hour of education. Attendees must watch the entire video recording from start to finish and receive an 80% on the quiz linked on the session page. Please allow 2 weeks from the quiz completion date to receive your credit.
  • Keynotes – earn 1 GBCI and AIA hour per event.
  • Virtual Expo Hall Education Labs & Sponsored Sessions – earn 1 GBCI and AIA hour per hour of education.

Session Recording And Reporting

Recording attendance. Education sessions and select keynote recordings will be available to attendees following the live events. To view, simply login with your same personalized event link and navigate to the session you wish to view in the agenda.  GBCI and AIA credits are available for most sessions on demand up to 60 days after Greenbuild. To receive continuing education credit for watching the sessions On-Demand, you must earn an 80% on the quiz linked in the session. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credits to be reported.

Reporting attendance. Sessions that qualify for GBCI and AIA credits will be reported to the appropriate accrediting body automatically for attendees who include their membership numbers in their registration accounts. For self-reported credentials, attendees may also log in and print or download a Certificate of Completion.
