Delegations are groups of 5+ global green building professionals traveling from outside of the U.S. to Greenbuild 2026.
Every year, thousands of attendees gather for the Greenbuild International Conference + Expo. In an industry projected to contribute hundreds of billions of dollars to the economy each year, Greenbuild is the largest conference and expo dedicated to sustainable building & development.
The Greenbuild International Delegation Program helps international attendees get the most out of their Greenbuild experience. International Greenbuild attendees are eligible for discounted registration prices, offering access to innovative products on display in the expo hall, inspirational education sessions, unparalleled networking, and more. This program is perfect for today’s green building professionals or those interested in learning more about the green building industry.

- Free hotel room during the conference for the Group Leader of the delegation (if there are 15+ members in your delegation)
- Get a meeting space for your delegation at the show (while space is available)

Requirements
- Groups must have a minimum of 5 paid delegates (Expo Hall passes do not count toward discount), based outside of the United States
- Groups must have one appointed contact person
- Each participant must register using the group’s designated registration code
Process
- To register your delegation, reach out to Greenbuild's Event Director, Katie Gillham at katie.gillham@informa.com
- Katie will provide you with a custom, trackable registration code to trigger your discount
- Delegations must have a minimum of 5 delegates registered
