Changes to the programme
2020 has brought fresh challenges to all of us. The disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has made itself felt across the global gas & LNG industry, exacerbating oversupply, pushing down prices and delaying investment decisions.
It has also affected the conferences and events, like Flame, that serve to keep the industry connected.
As the situation has developed, our priorities for Flame have remained the same: delivering the most insightful speakers, the best-available market intelligence and the most engaging networking opportunities for all of our attendees and supporters.
We’ve spent the last couple of weeks consulting with the Flame community to better understand how we can do just that.
The result is that Flame will be moving to new dates, with a refreshed and improved programme, and a selection of innovative digital value-adds.
Here is a summary of the changes we are making to the programme:
- Flame will now take place on 12 - 13 October, 2020. The location will remain the Hotel Okura, Amsterdam.
- The LNGgc conference, which is also scheduled to take place in October, will now run in Amsterdam alongside Flame. Attendees will gain access to a full extra day of optional LNG content.
- To make sure you don’t miss anything on site, we will make selected recorded sessions available on demand, to be viewed at your leisure.
- Finally, for those of you who would prefer not to wait until October, we will be releasing a series of free webinars in the coming months covering critical gas, LNG and energy topics.
Please watch out for more details over the coming weeks. If you’d like to stay up to date, you can sign up to the Flame mailing list here.
We look forward to greeting many of you in Amsterdam this October.
All the best from the Flame team.
